Yes, we deliver across South Florida and Orlando.

Yes, we are happy to accommodate orders needed on Chol Ha Moed. However, all orders for Chol Ha Moed and Second Days need to be placed by the date indicated on the Passover ordering page.

Yes. Simply submit another order and reference your original order number in the notes. If you are having it delivered and already paid for delivery in the original order, select “free pick up” in your second order.

The food comes fresh unless you specify that you’d like it be sent frozen

Each item has a precise description of how many pieces/quantity come in a tray. Please click on the item to see the details. If you have questions about the suggested ordering portion, feel free to text or email us.

Many of our items are non-gebrochts. You will see label below the image indicating whether a product is non-gebrochts. You can also click on the item to see the item description which includes a confirmation of what is and isn’t gebrochts.

Kosher Cuisine makes every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause
allergic reactions for those with food allergies. However, there is always a risk
of contamination. There is also a possibility that manufacturers of the
commercial foods we use could change the formulation at any time, without
notice. Customers concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk.
Please note that many of our dishes will contain nuts or traces of nuts. Kosher
Cuisine does not assume any liability for adverse effects.

If an item is gluten-free/vegetarian or can be made as such, it will be marked on the product image/description. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests beyond what is already available on the Passover menu.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate special requests during Passover due to the large volume of orders. The only special modifications that will be accepted are those that are laid out in the menu such as options for gluten-free or vegetarian versions of certain dishes.

Unfortunately, delivery drivers are not able to bring food up to apartments/hotel rooms due to time constraints. If you are having your food delivered to a building, please plan accordingly to pick up from the lobby area or have the valet take your order. We do not take responsibility for the food after it is delivered to the customer or customer representative such as a valet/concierge.

Pick up time will be posted on our website the day before your order is scheduled for pick up and/or we will be in touch with you. We are estimating that pick up will be between 10 am – 2 pm

On the morning of your delivery, we will email you with a 3 hour delivery window. Additionally, our driver will call or text you when they are on their way to you.
