Order cancellation/changes
While we try to accommodate as much as possible, to be eligible for a full refund on a cancelled or changed order, we must be given sufficient notice so as not to incur costs associated with preparing the order. Below you will find the notice schedule associated with each type of order.The times listed below are from the pick-up/delivery/event time.

*This charge is to cover foods that cannot be used, labor, rental goods, and jobs we may have declined in order to accommodate your event/order.
**Holiday orders include but are not limited to Passover, Sukkot/Shemini Atzeret, Rosh Hashanah, Shavuot
